How it works

Coronation is an offline scorekeeper for the card game Five Crowns. Set up 2โ€“6 players, enter each round's total as you play, tap a player's crown when they go out to lock their round at zero, and finalize the game whenever you're done โ€” Coronation crowns the lowest score as the winner and files the game away in Past Games.

Common issues

A round's total looks wrong after I edited it

Round totals can be edited any time before a game is finalized โ€” just tap the score cell again and re-enter it. Once a game is finalized (via the โ‹ฎ menu โ†’ Finalize Game), it becomes read-only and moves to Past Games, so double-check totals beforehand.

I tapped the wrong crown to mark who went out

Tap the same crown again to un-mark it before finalizing the game โ€” this unlocks that round's score so you can re-enter it. Once the game is finalized, went-out marks are locked along with the rest of the scorecard.

My games aren't showing up on my other device

This requires "iCloud Sync" to be turned on in Coronation's Settings on both devices, and both devices need to be signed in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive enabled (iPhone Settings โ†’ [your name] โ†’ iCloud). Sync isn't instant โ€” give it a minute, especially right after finishing a game.
